The Western Australian Law Reform Commission has published a Discussion paper on possible reforms to the ‘once and for all’ rule for Personal Injury Compensation and on compensation for Gratuitous services.
The Discussion paper was drafted by Marsden Jacob Associates and M+K Lawyers – acting as the Commission’s consultants. Marsden Jacob will now coordinate the consultation process that will run until 15 February 2016, and subsequently a final report will be prepared.
The discussion paper is available on the Commission’s webpage here.
