Last week the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science, the Hon Arthur Sinodinos AO, issued a media release announcing the 20 successful feasibility study grant recipients for the Business Research and Innovation Initiative (BRII).  We are very pleased to announce that Marsden Jacob was successful in our proposal to develop innovative solutions to the public sector challenge of improving transparency and reliability of water market information.

You can read more about the BRII program here and the water market challenge here.

Enhancing water market transparency can improve community confidence in Australia’s markets and contribute to better management of our scarce water resources. Over the next 12 weeks our consortium will be working with a range of water market stakeholders across the Murray-Darling Basin to further develop and refine our market offering.

We welcome your input.  Please get in contact with Rod Carr in Sydney or Jeremy Cheesman in Melbourne if you would like to discuss further.
