Waterflow has released the first part of its outlook for temporary water markets in the Murray Darling Basin for 2018-19.
The analysis found that reduced water availability across the Basin is anticipated to be a key driver for allocation markets in 2018–19. Some very high prices have already been witnessed in the Southern Connected Basin and in isolated Northern NSW catchments.
The review can be found in Waterflow’s blog located here.
