Adrienne is a highly experienced HR leader who delivers practical, people-focused solutions that centre on developing culture, increasing engagement and supporting every member of the Marsden Jacob team to thrive.

Based in our Melbourne office, Adrienne has a diverse track record in senior HR roles across finance, government, education and law. She is known for her ability to coach leaders, simplify complexity and provide calm, pragmatic solutions to sensitive issues.

Adrienne’s expertise and experience include:

  • HR strategy and workforce planning
    Designing and implementing workforce strategies that strengthen organisational capability and support long-term business needs.
  • Employee relations and compliance
    Providing practical advice and solutions to navigate sensitive employee relations issues and maintain compliance with evolving workplace legislation.

    Building capability and confidence in leaders at all levels to lead high performing, engaged teams.
  • Organisational culture and change
    Creating initiatives that embed culture, support change and foster strong engagement.
  • Recruitment and onboarding
    Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to attract, retain and set employees up for success.

Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Commerce, qualifications in Human Resources, and postgraduate qualifications in Human Resource Management, all from The University of Melbourne.
