We offer the opportunity to work on some of the most varied, pressing and interesting economic and policy issues in the water, energy, environment and climate change, agriculture and earth resources, transport and public policy sectors.
We are a highly collegiate economics consulting practice. We operate on the merit of ideas and strength of arguments, not rank. Our business is built around open, regular and constructive communication and knowledge sharing with our own people, our clients and our partner firms.
For the right people we offer stimulating work, personal autonomy, a collegial practice, real opportunities for work-life flexibility and an attractive remuneration. In all of our hires we are looking for people who want to be future leaders and part-owners of our firm.
- To join us as an Associate Director, Principal or Senior Consultant you will have formal economics qualifications, ideally at the post-graduate level, and at least seven years of relevant applied micro-economic experience. We are looking for people with a proven track record of delivering high quality economic, policy or strategic advisory projects. You will be highly regarded by your peers, well networked, and will have excellent framework, technical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- To join us as a Consultant you will have a tertiary qualification in economics and at least three years experience in research, economic analysis or policy development. Experience in regulatory economics, micro-economics, quantitative methods and econometrics will be highly regarded.
Professionals qualified in engineering, law or other relevant disciplines who offer demonstrated strategic capability and experience are also encouraged to apply.
All high performing employees who are committed to our values and purpose are invited to become part owners of our company via equity purchase. For most people this offer will happen within three to five years of you joining our team.
